Congratulations to the class of 2024🎓

Jana is a master stylist at Carson Valley Hair. She was born and raised in the Carson Valley. Jana graduated from Douglas High school and then went straight into the Beautician field. She has been a licensed hairstylist for 28 years, and is now the proud owner of Carson Valley Hair. Jana finds it very important to continuously educate her stylist with new techniques and skills while maintaining her own. When Jana took over the salon she made it a goal of hers to bring in level one stylists to train, educate and grow with. Making Carson Valley Hair their forever home. Jana loves working with all walks of life. She prides herself on forming strong relationships with her clients, and making sure they are leaving her chair feeling beautiful.

Jordyn was born in South Lake Tahoe and grew up in the valley where she graduated from Douglas High School. After high school, she went to Sierra Academy of Style to achieve her ambitions in the beautician field. Jordyn has been a licensed cosmetologist for two years, and has been an asset to our team since. Her goal is to give every client a personal experience by taking their visions and bringing them to life. Jordyn continuously wants to advance her education, training, and skills to maintain high standards for the clients in her chair.
We enjoy watching her grow as a stylist and so grateful to have her on our team.

Elizabeth is a newer stylist to the industry and at Carson Valley hair! She was born in Santa Monica and raised in the Carson Valley where she graduated from Aspire Academy High School. She then attended Sierra Academy of Style to follow her goals in becoming a hairstylist. She would say her more advanced techniques are lived in color, and all types of braiding. Elizabeth is very eager to learn and grow her skills at Carson Valley Hair. A cool fact about Elizabeth is she is also bilingual. We are so thrilled to have here on our team, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.

Welcome to our new stylist and long time friend Karen Greenleaf. Karen has 40 years of experience. She was former manager of Smart Style for years. Karen is a wonderful person and a great hairstylist. I’m so grateful to have her. She is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturdays.
