As we seek to know Jesus and the life giving power of God, we find our thoughts transforming and our minds renewing to be like Jesus. We practice yoga as a physical discipline to refine the spiritual disciplines such as prayer, meditation, scripture study, fellowship, and worship. We do this so that we can more fully experience the joy, grace, love, and hope found in the presence of God.

Hi all! Some exciting things are happening. A set schedule isn’t available right now, BUT classes including more trauma-informed offerings are in the making. In the meantime, I’m increasing my knowledge and yoga hours with additional trainings and looking forward to offering more space and classes in Spring 2024.
