Today we embark on a new journey! After 2 years of operating Lake Anna Estate Sales from the barn in Mineral, we have closed the (barn) doors. Inventory has been sold or donated. Over the last 4 months, we have been looking for a new home to hold our Estate Sales. Today, I'm so excited to announce, we purchased the building at 232 Mineral Ave in Mineral! The original plan was to move in and open for business. After looking it over with a structural engineer, unfortunately, the building will need to be torn down due to a lack of foundation. However, the plan is to salvage as much wood as possible and rebuild a new structure in a similar style to preserve the history of the area.
