Replaced an old farmhouse style sink with a new cabinet, new(ish) sink, new faucet, and installed a dishwasher as well!
Had to build some framework to support the countertop and the homeowner did the tile.

Installed a new storm door and a vintage mortise handle set for some Southside Battletrain Projects friends! The entry door was real old so it chipped more then it should have. I need to go back and patch and paint, but all in all, turned out pretty well!

I charge $75 for the first hour, and $45 per hour after that for all labor (to pull a toilet is an extra $50). And, as stated earlier, Consultations are free!!

I can do plumbing, appliance repair, snaking kitchen sink, bath sink and bathtub drains, drywall patches, tile repair, counter-top replacements, sink replacements, bathtub replacements, tub faucet repair and replacements and the list goes on! Just ask and I'll let you know!!

One repair for a refrigerator door not closing.

One day, I will own a propress of my own...
The reason this was sketchy was because it had two shut off valves, a newer quarter turn ball valve (which failed on me) and an older multi-turn gate valve (which failed on the last person, hence the newer valve...) i got the gate valve to close enough to replace the ball valve. Had the gate valve failed while i was making the repair, i would have had to drain the whole system, which was around 150 apartments worth.

This is why I don't want to work for a property management company. I work for homeowners directly. Now, I can do things the right way instead of the quick and dirty way.
