Hatha + Yin is coming to our schedule April 1st! This practice will combine both elements of Hatha yoga and Yin yoga. The first half of practice will focus on holding a set of yoga poses practiced more slowly and held for longer periods of time. The second half of practice introduces a variety of Yin postures so you can melt into your mat as you work deep into your connective tissues and fascia.
