We are currently working on a grade raise project at the intersection of Highway 75 and County Road 39 in Perley, Minnesota. We are providing a variety of construction services, including earthwork, utilities, and paving. This project aims to raise the levy around the City of Perley, providing essential flood control and ensuring the safety of the community.
Park Construction is currently providing earthwork services on the Hillsboro Mainline Settlement Project near Fargo, North Dakota.
This project is directly connected to the County 81 Bypass Project, on which Park is also providing construction services. The bypass to County Road 81 requires the nearby railroad track to be built up to a higher elevation, which is where our crew of equipment comes in.
Once completed, work can begin on the full County Road 81 Improvements Project while this bypass safely navigates railway and highway traffic around the construction area.
Park Construction is proud to be a part of the I-94 Bypass project in Fargo, North Dakota. This project will safely divert traffic during the construction of a new bridge at this location. We are currently providing earthwork and excavation services for the approaches, and weโre excited to contribute to the future phases of this project, allowing traffic to return to its original mainline route in 2025. ๐ฃ๏ธ

At Park Construction, we are committed to harnessing cutting-edge technology to enhance our project efficiency and accuracy. We proudly utilize the Earthworks 4D software suite by Agtek, which revolutionizes how we analyze and move materials on-site.
With Earthworks 4D, we can analyze project design files to determine the optimal equipment for each task, whether it's a scraper, dozer, excavator, or something else from our fleet of machinery. The software builds 3D models and seamlessly sends them to our equipment in the field. Machines assigned to the project download the designs automatically, allowing for real-time updates on cuts and fills through sensors on our equipment.
This technology not only provides our operators with up-to-the-minute data but also enables our project managers to monitor progress and track site activity from the office in real-time. This not only eliminates the need for most manual staking, but we no longer need to perform as-built topographic surveying โ Earthworks 4D automatically creates an as-built map upon project completion, streamlining the entire process.
This advanced software provides an added layer of efficiency and precision to our projects, ensuring we continue to deliver the best results for our clients.
Recently, we revisited our Crosstown Rolling Acres project, a multi-phase residential subdivision along Highway 65 in Ham Lake, Minnesota. ๐๏ธ

We are excited to watch this neighborhood continue to develop as more families make this location their home. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ฆโ๐ฆ๐ก

Park Construction recently hosted a day of comprehensive GPS training at a project site in Fargo. We had nearly 40 attendees getting hands-on equipment training on excavators and bulldozers, all outfitted with the latest GPS technology and real-time connections to Trimble Earthworks.
Our training curriculum also encompassed staking, topography, and volume calculations using the Trimble TSC7 Data Controller. Last year, Governor Tim Walz declared April 28th as Worker Memorial Day in Minnesota, a solemn day of remembrance for these invaluable individuals. In a gesture of respect, the Interstate 35W Bridge in Minneapolis will illuminate in orange, honoring the memory of highway workers who tragically lost their lives in work zones.
Since 1960, 35 MnDOT workers and 16 contractors have given their lives in service on Minnesota highways. Their commitment to safety and public service will never be forgotten.

Following the success of our annual Safety Days event in Minneapolis, we've expanded our efforts to hold two safety conferences each year, ensuring that every member of our growing firm has access to essential safety training. Our 2nd Safety Days Conference was recently held in Fargo, North Dakota.
Safety Days isn't just another mandatory meetingโit's a comprehensive opportunity for our team to refresh their skills, learn about new safety protocols, and participate in hands-on training exercises. From classes to workshops, every aspect of the conference is designed to empower our employees to prioritize safety in everything they do.
For example, our team members receive hands-on training in emergency first aid procedures, including the skill of creating improvised or makeshift arm slings. In the event of an accident on a job site, quick and effective response can make all the difference. Equipping our staff with the knowledge to fashion temporary arm slings from readily available materials ensures that they are prepared to provide immediate support and care to injured colleagues until professional medical assistance arrives.
We're immensely proud of our team for their dedication to safety and their active participation in Safety Days. It's a testament to the commitment and professionalism that sets Park Construction apart in the industry.
At our recent Safety Days Conference, we asked some of our staff members why they like working here at Park Construction. Here are their top 3 responses:
๐ค Friendly and Supportive Atmosphere: At Park, we're more than just coworkers โ we're a close-knit family. From day one, you'll experience a welcoming environment where we support each other, lift each other up, and celebrate our successes together.
๐ผ Amazing Benefits: We believe in taking care of our team members, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes above and beyond. Plus, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.

At Park Construction, we pride ourselves on always staying at the forefront of new construction technology. It's part of our DNA to embrace innovation and push the boundaries of what's possible in the industry. One example of this is the seamless integration of Intelligent Compaction technology into our entire fleet of paving equipment.
Intelligent Compaction is a cutting-edge technology integrated into our paving equipment, enabling operators to track real-time material data throughout the project. With Intelligent Compaction, our operators are now equipped with the tools to achieve optimal material density in significantly less time compared to traditional methods. The two main features are:
๐ก๏ธ Real-Time Material Tracking: With this technology, we can monitor the density and temperature of the material in real-time. This not only enhances our operational efficiency but also ensures that the material is applied at the perfect temperature for optimal compaction.
๐ธ Thermal Camera Integration: Our pavers are equipped with thermal cameras that provide invaluable insights to our operators. They can accurately assess if the mix is being applied consistently and at the desired temperature, ensuring uniformity throughout the project.
But this data isn't just confined to our operations. It's shared with our material plant, our home office, and even the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) on state projects.
Why is this significant? MnDOT is on a mission to streamline processes and eliminate time-consuming procedures like coring on asphalt projects. By demonstrating the correct installation of materials at every step, Intelligent Compaction has the potential to render coring obsolete in many cases, saving both time and resources.
At Park Construction, we're committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in construction. With Intelligent Compaction leading the charge, we're not just paving roads โ we're paving the way for a smarter, more efficient future.
We are proud to have recently held our annual Safety Days conference, bringing together all of our team members for training and education on the latest safety precautions in our industry. As we gear up for the spring construction season, it's crucial that our staff members are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to stay safe on the job site.
At Safety Days, our team participated in classes, workshops, and hands-on training to refresh their skills and learn about new safety processes. We believe that investing in our employees' safety not only helps to prevent accidents and injuries, but also leads to higher morale and productivity.
We're proud of our team for taking safety seriously and taking part in Safety Days. It's just one example of the dedication and professionalism that sets Park Construction apart in the industry.
