The saddest thing about Narcissistic Abuse meme posters, is most rarely let survivors know that the symptoms they have are trauma. They simply focus on 'what the narcissist does' without helping survivors identify that their symptoms ARE trauma and give them resources where to get professional trauma care to prevent what happens from long-term untreated trauma which ARE medical conditions that develop. We CAN and SHOULD do better. Meme providers excuse is they aren't professionals so shouldn't 'have to' tell you what trauma symptoms ARE or learn two or three resources to refer you to. HOGWASH. We all should work towards preventing survivors from developing lifelong health conditions!
