It's okay to have setbacks

Setbacks are lessons in disguise

I've had so many times I felt like i was going backwards in my progress, not just for training but mentally.

Slipping back into depressive thinking.

Thinking about giving up on everything.

These things take ahold of me but it always shows me that I dont want to be like that.

Nobody wants to feel like that

It's a lesson in changing my lifestyle again.

What kind of information am I taking in?

Positive or negative?

Reevaluating my choices

Are my choices bringing me anything of substance?

If not it's time to let them go

This is how setbacks can be a new mindset if you look at them and think "I can change this"

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE A CHANGE!

Small changes over time add up to a completely new you

If you are having setbacks, evaluate them and see how you got there in the first place.

Use those setbacks to your advantage and make changes!

Also see how strong you are to withstand those setbacks!

GIVE YOURSELF CREDIT!

You're doing great.

Keep going.

Dont give up.
