☑️Decide intentionally what you want to believe

-When you were born up until now all of your life’s experiences have molded and conditioned the way that you think. By deciding intentionally what you want to believe you ultimately shift your mind to focus on what you CHOOSE to believe and reframe your mind to know think in that way

☑️Use affirmations to reprogram how you think
- By using affirmations to reprogram how you think you are essentially replacing old agreements with new agreements. Make sure you believe in these affirmations because you are now making new agreements with yourself.

☑️Ask your brain questions
- Pick your own brain on why you think the way that you do with the question “WHY”. When doing so you are actually able to solve your problems.

The previous post talked about how YOU shouldn’t dwell in YOUR FUTURE SELF because it takes away from being focused on creating short term processes.

There is NO MAGIC wand that can transition you into becoming the person that you want to become. YOU have to be PRESENT NOW to be able to take those actionable steps that can help you get there.

Which means you need to be willing to WORK for it.

Todays post asks the question “HOW are YOU preparing for YOUR future self”?

The HOW is import because the HOW is the path that you NEED to figure out to go from Point A to Point Z.

The only way to truly start creating that path is if you know yourself well, and if you don’t know yourself well, then....

Your Point A is the start to YOUR OWN Personal Development Journey of figuring out WHO YOU ARE!

So make the DECISION to START that process now.

What’s the key to success? 🤔

It’s internal balance.

Think about it, is this even something that you have?

How can you be successful if you don’t have internal balance?

Ask yourself this question.

If you were to wake up successful tomorrow morning would you even be able to handle it?

90% of you wouldn’t.

Everyone has their own core values that guide them to being a balanced individual.

These values are the foundation of who you are.

If you know WHO YOU ARE and are confident in YOUR ABILITIES then you already have the blueprint to your OWN success.

✨I moved!!! No more tight and crammed 2by2 campus apartments. I finally have room to stretch my legs 😭 I love my new space. (Well I hated it for 2 days because of PMS) The naturally sunlight and big windows is sooooo good for my mental and is a place where I can sit and clear my mind ❤️

Coaching updates: I sat down and went to the core reasonings on why I starting coaching in the first place and what I realized was that i love personal development and I love being able to develop individuals. This is something that comes naturally to me and something that I know. I also found out that helping individuals pave their own path is important to me. Helping them figure out their passions and walk in their purpose is what will set them apart and what will make their lives really meaningful and fulfilling.

Personal update:

I caught myself contemplating this whole college thing and asked myself what is the purpose of me going to college? At the time is was just to please my parents.

When ALL you know to “success” is pursuing a post secondary education your options are quite limited.

It wasn’t until I took some time to figured out who I was, what my passions was and what my purpose is was when when I truly started to Pave My Own Path 🥳

A lot of us know what we want for ourselves but have no clue how to get there by ourselves. This is why information is so important because there is more out in this world than you can even realize and I am certain that you can create...

Your Dream Life From These 3 Things
✅Knowing who you are & what you want
✅Know what your passions and interests are
✅Having a purpose

I was able to find all three of these things while struggled through college. I switched my major to study something that aligns with my goals in life and not what society or my family wanted.

When I tell people what I’m studying they think I’m going to be working in a a little shop on a corner somewhere and I was scuff 😂

I’m that b*tch Paving my Path right now!!

As WOMAN we SHOULD aim to live that we WANT for ourselves!!

If you want to be a doctor be that!
If you want to be a CEO be that!
If you want to be a chef be that!

What you are not going to do is SETTLE and let someone else tell you otherwise!

I’ve heard this soooo many times from other people and I have said this to myself one too many times.

💯The simply truth is YEA your LIFE sucks, but the H*LL are you going to do about it?

If you really want to change your current position in life right now you need to...

1️⃣Abandon your excuses. Your life sucks, but you blame everyone else except yourself for your short comings. FIX THAT. Be accountable and control what you can control.

2️⃣ Dismiss your limiting beliefs. Just because you are broke right now does not mean that you will be broke forever.

3️⃣ Overcome those damaging thoughts. You need to question why you believe that your life sucks and find the underlying reasons of that thought. Once you understand where those damaging thoughts are coming from you can be in the position to shift your mentality.

😉Life is not meant to be easy and you are not meant to live an AVERAGE life.

You are meant to be the ⭐️ of your life.

So

💪🏾Pick yourself up.

📦Pack up those excuses, limiting beliefs and damaging thoughts.

💯A couple of years ago life was really hard for me. I was depressed, failing school and putting myself in debt just to be able “keep up” with everyone else who was “living their successful/dream lives”. I did all of the wrongs things to try and get there for myself and ultimately crashed and burned.

🔥It crashed and burned so bad that I fell hard and it took me a year to put the little pieces that I had back to better.

🔥I never gave up though, you see through that time and process I was going through my own GROW journey without even realizing it. I became the source your my younger co workers to come and ask for guidance and help in their lives. I was able to help them find their true authentic self before I could even do it for myself.

🔥Back then I was coaching with out realizing that I was coaching. Then came the pandemic and boy was that a tough time but I REFUSED to give up on myself. I continue to improve and change myself to the genuine happy individual that you see in this photo.
