So we have made a change in the name from fuma to fumo which will also be done on the page as soon as fb lets me access that edit mode. So this is our new logo. Thanks to Mr. Scotty Roberts for his amazing talents.

Okay so "fb" says I have to do the business page this way now. So I will be swithcing over to this format and closing the other Fumo Italiano page in the near future. Better to do this now in the early stages before the mass marketing begins. So like th e page and thankjs fpr helping put and following along with us on this journey.

Also this page will be posting about tastings, specials and special menu items not available anywhere else.

Okay so we have had some slow downs. That is to be expected we are moving at the speed of other people's money.

For those that are unaware we are opening a gluten free Italian restaurant and smoke house.

Fuma Italiana and this may undergo a change as we are discussing making it Fumo Italiano, it's a Latin thing and involves grammar, gender, and alliteration. We will keep everyone here informed.

We have a fantastic location picked out we won't say where until we have closed the deal. And we have about 3 back up locations because life tends to throw curve balls.

But we are excited and we know we have a winning concept and great food.

Also we will keep you informed about opening dates and tastings we will be scheduling.

We will also be posting the Initial menu here though that too will be subject to change between now and opening.

So keep an eye on this page and join us for tastings when they begin.
