One of my favorite places to vacation is Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The beaches are pristine, people are friendly and work hard, many options to fit your budget for resorts and ALOT of excursion options.
Here’s a little sneak into our week🏝️

Just a friendly reminder to keep those passports up to date! ✈️​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​For the most part, travel is back! (Can we all just take a minute to soak that in.) With increased demand, a shortage of appointments + delays, it is taking longer than normal to receive new or renewed passports.

So what can you do to avoid travel inconveniences, due to your passport?

Whether this is your first time applying or you are renewing your passport, think ahead!

A passport is valid for ten years for adults or five years if issued before the age of 16. However, certain countries require your passport to remain valid six months after travel so it's important to keep that in mind!

Since we know the process is taking longer than normal, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to receive your passport before your trip.

Check, double check + triple check that all of your information is included + accurate. If there is something missing or wrong, this will delay your process even more.

The State Department website lists everything you need + even has a calculator to help you figure out your passport renewal options.

Lastly, even if you don't have a trip on the calendar, it never hurts to keep an updated passport on hand. You never know when those last-minute opportunities may pop up
