“Muscles and Their Exercises" is a 208 page standard color pictorial muscle anatomy/fitness exercise reference guide that takes each reader on a tour of the muscles/muscle groups of the human body, teaching what the major muscles of the body are, what they do, and what the base exercises are that work each muscle. Following each of “my own hand sketched color highlighted anatomy illustration images” of 141 muscles of the body, I include beginning and finishing movement exercise demo pictures. These pictures show the isolation exercises that work each specific muscle as well as the non-isolation exercises in which the muscles also participate.

Fit Anatomy(TM) Daily Circulation Exercise/Stretch Routine 03/21/2022

My name is Mark and I am a 20 year certified Personal Trainer. In this Video I introduce a good full body exercise and stretching routine that is excellent for people to begin a fitness lifestyle. It is great for circulation, conditioning, flushing the lymph system and neuromuscular stress relief. It can be performed daily by doing 1 set of 10 - 15 repetitions per exercise with no weights, 1 or 2 times per day. It can also be transitioned into a 2 to 3 day per week full body exercise routine with multiple sets of 10 -- 15 reps of each exercise, progressing with weights and allowing 48 hours of rest between workouts.
