Cold Brew Perfection

Summer is the perfect time to cool down with a refreshing cold brew. Our baristas have been refining and perfecting our cold brew and have landed on an awesome brew made with our Honduras medium roast from the Los Encinos farm. Tasting notes of sweet fruit with light spice and a melt-away chocolate-like finish - we can’t wait for you to try it.

🍷 Wine Pairing Tips: Summer Edition

Summer is all about light, fresh flavors that pair perfectly with warm evenings and good company. Here are a few pairing tips to elevate your wine experience:

• Rosé & Grilled Seafood: The crisp acidity of a chilled rosé complements the smoky, savory flavors of grilled shrimp or scallops.

• Sauvignon Blanc & Summer Salads: A zesty Sauvignon Blanc enhances the vibrant, fresh flavors of salads with citrus fruits and goat cheese.

• Chillable Reds & Everything: Dry chillable reds, like a refreshing Gamay or light Pinot Noir, pair beautifully with summer fare such as grilled chicken, charcuterie boards, and fresh tomato basil salads. Their bright acidity and subtle tannins enhance flavors without overpowering them, making them perfect for warm evenings.

🍴 Recipe of the Week
Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad

Capture the essence of summer with this simple yet sophisticated salad, perfect for pairing with a glass of Chardonnay.

Ingredients:
• 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 8 oz burrata cheese
• 4 cups arugula
• 1/4 cup toasted almonds
• 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and grill until they have nice char marks.
2. Arrange the arugula on a serving platter, top with grilled peaches, torn pieces of burrata, and toasted almonds.
3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve immediately with a chilled glass of Chardonnay like our Eshcol Chardonnay!
