This Video demonstrates cleanup of a stainless steel part with a severe burr left over from a laser cut. In a single pass, the EZ Sander removes the burr and leaves a clean surface ready for your next operation.
The Metal EZ Sander was developed to fit the needs of both the small metalworking job shop as well as the larger shop looking for an affordable way to get a small wide belt to eliminate periodic jobs that require hand sanding or deburring. Why Hand Deburring is a Thing of the Past:
Deburring is the process in which sharp edges and burrs are removed from a part to create a more aesthetically pleasing final product. Burrs are removed traditionally by hand burning up a lot of time. With our automated metal deburring machines your parts can be deburred in seconds with increased uniformity.
