Interior dome lighting project
How hard it is to change a light blub? It’s quite a project to change the interior dome light bulbs. Dave our Director of Buildings & Grounds must regularly climb to the dome, wearing a safety harness, as he changes the bulbs 80 ft above the alter.
We are currently raising $93,000 to update the 1,000 watt florescent bulbs and fixtures to new LED energy efficient lighting. The new LED bulbs will last up to 25 years, saving time and money.
