We are looking for hands this Sunday both on Prep shift 12:30-3 pm and Give Away shift 3:30-5:30 pm! It’s our 16th Anniversary serving as First Nations Kitchen and there will be cake involved! The sign up link is in our profile.

Morning at FNK began with Teng bringing in beautiful vegetables and herbs that he grew on his farm. This offering is a generous gift of . This community values the work of farmers and ministries that make excellent whole fresh food available to those in need.
Thanks to our awesome volunteers from we got a start on harvesting the seeds from the beautiful Algonquin pumpkin squashes gifted by ! The seeds will go back to the farm and First Nations Kitchen will roast the pumpkin meat for our indigenous meals!
Thank you to for bringing these Algonquin pumpkins to our kitchen this morning! We will mindfully harvest these seeds to return to the farm and will prep the pumpkin flesh (roast) for our indigenous meals! This is partnership with community at the heart. ♥️

Our Story
First Nations Kitchen serves a community meal of organic, fresh food hearkening back to the ancestral diet of the indigenous people of Minnesota. Dinner is served every Sunday 5:30-6:30 pm. We are always looking for groups and individuals to volunteer with us!
We began serving on November 2, 2008 as an outreach program of All Saints Episcopal Indian Mission and have served every Sunday evening since, thanks to our volunteer chefs and partners and friends all over the Twin Cities.
