Tall Paul and Ole in Germany
Spittin with young Ole the beatboxer in Germany! 📹: Jakob Dost

It's been dope working with these teens here in Germany. A handful of the thirteen that were in our workshop were already hip hop heads before we got here. One was already a talented producer, another a skilled beatboxer and another an experienced choir singer. Aside from that I don't believe any of them had ever rapped or done a live hip hop show before. Still, they produced their own beat, chose their own song topic, decided amongst themselves who would play which roles, wrote their own lyrics and naturally developed their own stage presence. All myself and Frank Waln did was provide a little knowledge and direction, they took it from there. They worked hard all week, showed up today on their A game and killed it! I'm not sure if they understand how important it is that they used this song to speak out against racism (especially as European teens), but I'm proud of them for doing so. After all was said and done they gave us gifts (lots of club-mate, candy, letters and artwork 👌🏽) and expressed their genuine gratitude for us. Some of them couldn't hold back their tears and that was powerful for me. It's been a good one y'all. Stick with it and get that music video done!! ✊🏽

Shout out the homie/personal trainer David Iron Necklace for gettin me right in the gym and in the kitchen. Motivation was never a problem. It was lackin knowledge and that extra push that always led to me givin up in the gym after a while. My guy is super affordable at the moment so if you're serious about gettin fit then holler at him. #IndigenousFitness #LegDay
