I can't believe I found the perfect summer beer! El Lago Superior Cerveza from Bent Paddle Brewing. A crisp light bodied beer with a delicate balance of malt and hops.

We are happy to announce our "Summer of Rosé ". Come in and have a glass of Rosé for $11.00 or have a flight of three (three-ounce glasses) for $17.00.

Pratsch Niederösterreich Rosé, Austria, Zweigelt Grapes
A delicate and dry Rosé featuring aromas and flavors of wild strawberries, peach and pear backed by crisp, refreshing acidity.

Domaine de Millet La Cloche Rosé, France, Egiodola and Syrah Grapes
Light colored rosé with hints of violet. A very pleasing nose of red fruits, principally strawberries and fresh cherries.

Alexander Valley Sangiovese Rosé, California, Sangiovese Grapes.
Juicy flavors of peach, stone fruit, watermelon, strawberry and nice minerality.

Vegas No. 40 Rosé, Spain, Prieto Picudo and Tempranillo Grapes.
Aromas of great intensity highlighting the memories of red fruits such as raspberry, wild strawberries and a background of white fruits.

Wine Tasting!

The Sludge is doing a tasting of wines from Northern Italy. Saturday June 22nd, 2024, from 7 to 9:30 pm. Cost is $80 per person (limit of 8 people) for 7 delicious wines and small plates. Email us [email protected] to reserve a space.
