While the journey to the twins’ birth had its ups and downs, Rania and Amina are now 10 years old and thriving! At 18 weeks, Midwest Fetal Care Center doctors confirmed twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. This is a life-threatening condition for both babies and would require in-utero surgery. The twins were later born at only 24 weeks at The Mother Baby Center. They then spent months at Children's Minnesota receiving the expert care they needed to get better.💛
