Hi Friends 👋🏼 I'm offering a new 10 Day Summer Reset starting Monday, August 22nd going until Wednesday, August 31st. Reset is an acronym and will give us 5 topics to focus on: Refuel Exercise Structure Energy Thankfulness Here is what it will look like: ✨5 Reset Prompts: These will include questions to think about our habits going into the Fall season and will be sent out in an email every other day. ✨4 Written Workouts: These will be shorter so you can do them in about 10 minutes (with the option to increase the length of your workout time if you choose). ✨3 Live Zoom Classes: These will be recorded and available for 48 hours after the workout is live, so if you miss it, you can still do the class. ✨2 Movement Prompts: These will be on days you don't have a workout, with the goal to increase activity levels. ✨1 Fun Community!: Although this will be virtual, you'll know you aren't going through this alone and have the accountability of being part of a group.
