Join the Summer Reset! It begins August 7th and goes until August 16th.
Reset is an acronym and will give us 5 topics to focus on:
☀️Refuel
☀️Exercise
☀️Structure
☀️Energy
☀️Thankfulness
Here is what it will look like:
✨5 Reset Prompts: These will include questions to think about our habits going into the Fall season and will be sent out in an email every other day.
✨4 Written Workouts: These will be shorter so you can do them in about 10 minutes (with the option to increase the length of your workout time if you choose).
✨3 Movement Prompts: These will be on days you don’t have a workout, with the goal to increase activity levels.
✨2 Live Zoom Classes: These will be recorded and available for 48 hours after the workout is live, so if you miss it, you can still do the class.
✨1 Fun Community!: Although this will be virtual, you’ll know you aren’t going through this alone and have the accountability of being part of a group.

This is a great way to try a couple classes and also take some time to think about what habits we want to carry into the Fall.

to my visit to DC with Dr. Penwell when we found this “Celebrating You” sign that reminded me of my sweet Grandma Bea 💗 She would always say, “We’re celebrating you, Melissa!” Even if there wasn’t a special occasion - which always made me feel special. 🥹 My mom has carried on this tradition, and I encourage you to do the same for yourself or someone you love in your life. It may be an ordinary day, but it’s an opportunity to celebrate you and celebrate the small moments that today brings! 🎉🙌🏼💗✨

I’m excited to announce a new class offering: Moore Mobility! 🎉
Moore Mobility focuses on improving mobility, balance, and flexibility through dynamic stretching.
The class is sent out via a Zoom recording on Fridays at 5am and is available until that Sunday at 11:59pm. The class length is 20 minutes.
