Starting our Valentine's Day out with some sweet treats from RAZR!

The RAZR team has been living our commitment to philanthropy in our communities!

Over the past couple of weeks, Sarah Cole chaired the Firefighters for Healing Annual Gala, Seth Matthews was an event project manager for Ad 2 Minnesota's Women's Leadership Panel, and a big team spent the morning volunteering at Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in Minneapolis.

A team from RAZR attended the Children's HeartLink Global Gathering on Saturday evening to support the incredible work this organization does.

RAZR CEO Darren Nauss is a board member for Children's HeartLink, and RAZR is proud to sponsor Children's HeartLink in their mission to transform pediatric heart care in underserved parts of the world.

The RAZR team practiced our SKOL chant over a lunchtime tailgate party today, in advance of our Minnesota Vikings taking on the San Francisco 49'ers tonight on Monday Night Football.

The RAZR team gathered together this week, both in person and virtually with our team members around the country, for a RAZR Fireside Chat with our Founder/CEO Darren Nauss. Then we kicked back with a College Colors happy hour, complete with all the throwback college games!

Congrats to this team of RAZR rock stars for finishing the Hood to Coast Relay in support of World Vision!

They have raised over $100,000 for World Vision, an organization that provides more clean water than any nongovernment organization in the world.

World Vision works with communities around the world to help solve the puzzle of poverty -- providing things like clean water, nutritious food, education, medical care, economic opportunity, and spiritual development.

Way to go, RAZR team!

Last week, the RAZR team gathered to celebrate summer and have some FUN! Lawn bowling was competitive enough for tape measures to be utilized, and who doesn't love a mini trophy?!

As part of our mission in making a meaningful difference at RAZR, I recently had the privilege to embark on a 10,000-mile journey, visiting Kayanga Primary School in Bukoba, Tanzania for my philanthropy trip.

It was an exciting yet heartbreaking experience as I got to meet tomorrow's future leaders learning through very tough conditions but nothing short of pure joy and ambition. I took the opportunity to provide the school with hundreds of textbooks and committed as a lifetime donor with the responsibility to support and help reform the education system in the region.

I am a believer that, creativity & imagination has no age, gender, color, or economic background. By equipping these bright minds with the right tools and resources, we can create inventors and game changers that will one day shape the world!

Our internship programs are anything but conventional. Each summer our interns are right at the heart of major projects, working alongside teams of passionate people and helping create the next awesome thing across our business and technical teams, and the chance to make a direct impact.

RAZR hosted a blood drive today. Several of our employees were happy to give 10% of their blood supply to save lives.

Our newest employees started off the week by living our mission to “Be Relevant”.

Great day with Habitat for Humanity Charlotte! Lynn Neal, Global Practice Officer at RAZR, was able to work with the prospective owners of the house and another couple in the queue for the next house to be built. His hammering arm is sore!

Every Meal and Gifts for Seniors - Twin Cities experienced some love from the RAZR team. We are privileged to support these two great organizations.

Girls on the Run (GOTR) inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. They envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

RAZR team members had the opportunity to support this incredible organization by helping pack all of the coach bags for the elementary and middle school teams for the start of their spring season.

The RAZR crew brought back our love ❤️ for the elementary school style Valentine’s Day party. Complete with a pizza and soda lunch, valentine boxes, old school valentines, and plenty of sweet treats. 

Shoutout to the 7 volunteers from RAZR who served at Feed My Starving Children! They packed meals for children suffering from severe hunger and food scarcity. Because of their support, 43 children for an entire year!!

The new hire cohort completed their first volunteer project at CAPI. Great job everyone!

This RAZR crew kicked off the year helping build boxes at Kids In Need Foundation for different companies to distribute to kids, teachers, and schools in need. The boxes are packed with essentials like pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, and writing utensil packs. So fun and rewarding!

With the amazing generosity of RMI and our local community, we were given the blessing of bringing Christmas joy to 70 individuals across 22 families this year. The social workers were awestruck when we delivered everything. Thank you to everyone who helped!! ❤️
