Minot Water 💦 Restriction:
Attention: Due to a few well malfunctions we cannot keep up with current water demand in our area. We're asking everyone to limit excess outdoor water use.
➡Refrain from watering lawns (unless it is for new plant or sodded areas)
➡Limit car washing (private car washes may continue as most use recycled water)
Our current community water usage is about 11 million gallons a day, we're only able to treat 9 million a day with our current supply.

I am a good problem solver!
I find that being a REALTOR® takes a multitude of skills. I engage my creative side when I list a home, making certain that the house is prepped correctly for the public to see; I take all the pictures and edit them; I write all the property descriptions; and I oversee all the marketing for the home along with our two full-time administrative assistants.
I use my personal skills to build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, appraisers and support people. My negotiating skills are strong, effective, and insightful. I believe it is key to communicate, cooperate, and exercise patience.
I feel that it is my passion to assist others to create positive lifestyle changes and to do so with professionalism, honesty, integrity, full commitment, cooperation and a willingness to serve. I believe that if I do my job properly, my clients can enjoy a positive experience and outcome.
