I had a service call today from a nice lady who recently moved here from Puerto Rico and her complaint was an extremely high electric bill. Her media air filter was completely plugged up and the photo below shows the condition of her outdoor condensing unit coil. We used a translator app to communicate so she would understand the issues. Buy this house only 2 months ago and the Light receipt by little kills me from the heart. Because the air was completely dirty, that generated excessive light consumption. Mr. George explained to me that he had and proceeded to clean, change filter and thermostat. The work was done in the designated time. And despite my Spanish language, Mr. George doesn't bother him that he will use a translator. I answer all my questions gave me some recommendations. The price was suitable for the service obtained.
