Our Country 🇺🇸 is stepping into the last few weeks before a very important election. As a small business owner this election is extremely important to me and the well being of my company. I want to serve my Client's, employees, colleague's and family the best I can for the remainder of 2024 and hit the goals that were set for this year. I know there will information overload and chatter that won't be beneficial to consume. We completed a full property remodel from the front to the back and finished up with our first Pickleball court. (You can sneak a peek in the background 👀) This project included another custom shade structure that we can't wait to share all the details.

A true entertainers backyard with a fire pit, bocce ball, pickleball, water feature, veggie garden, large outdoor kitchen and bar, dining, and a large outdoor fully covered living room with fireplace, fans, heaters and TV.

Friday Fun with this new custom home we have been designing. This is the second home we have built with this client and we absolutely love working with them. So many fun new details, new materials we haven't selected before and also throwing in a lot of new plants we typically don't use. Loving this legacy property.

We get to work on properties of all shapes and sizes and one of my favorite Cities to work in is Yorba Linda. There are so many custom lots, unique homes, a historic agricultural influence of Orange County and clients even have livestock. This project included a custom livestock fence to keep chickens, a pig and future goats from roaming too far. The wood staircase was specifically put in for the pet pig but she ended up choosing another route. We LOVE to custom design and large properties are our specialty 🤍

Major progress for this custom Farmhouse in Anaheim Hills. The details are coming together. Plaster and planting are up next and we can't wait to see!

It has been the fullest Fall and I don't know where September and October went but they are now behind us. We have been working hard to push ourselves to grow our business, gain new work that expands our expertise and portfolio, sharpen the design and deliverables coming out of our office and push to bring a better KMB Design Studio to 2024. Business development feels like we are working for free but I am trusting this hard work will be fruitful. Looking forward to posting more soon.

Simple, contemporary and elegant. Love how we tied this outdoor entertaining space into the unique architecture of the property. The custom shade structure, outdoor kitchen and dining space anchors this side of the house and connects the pool, pool house and main residence.

Good morning ☀️ I can't believe it's already August. Just wanted to share this beautiful photo captured at sunset 🌅

A pool with a view makes it even better. Sunrise or sunset, this is the place to be. We elevated this pool (essentially built it out of the ground) and the views became endless.
