I had a very busy weekend despite our AC shorting out due to a lightning strike next to our house yesterday around noon! Decorating cakes in a sauna is extremely challenging to say the least. These were some of the 2-tiered, $125 promos I offered! If you're still interested in booking, I extended the deadline for today! Beginning tomorrow, all cake pricing will start at $5.50 per serving and up!

Friends, I've been without my CakeBossCloud software since yesterday and absolutely unable to send out invoices or check availability. Unfortunately, it looks like it's due to the areas affected by the hurricane, so office work will have to wait until next week when I'm back from my summer break. Until then, I'm gonna relax and enjoy my family, nature, and much needed sleep!

Border Patrol Badge grooms cake and a violin for the bride!

If you've wondered why I've been MIA this week it's because I was beyound slammed with orders. I catered a wedding for 850 guests today, which included a 350 serving wedding cake, 3D violin, 3D border patrol badge and 450 servings of sheet cakes. Aside from this wedding, I also had 5- 2 tiered promo pickups this morning, some with pops and others with cupcakes. So, if you sent me messages, left voice mails or texted and I haven't responded this is why. I'll try to respond to messages tomorrow then I'll be off for 10 days for a much needed summer break with family.

I was given a birthday invitation as a point of reference and basically told to do my thing. These are the cakes that I love to create because I am given full creative control of the design, which usually leads to an amazing cake.

Cake flavors were cookies n creme, Strawberry Shortcake and vanilla.

This classic Beauty and the Beast cake was set up for a special little princess celebrating her first birthday today! Cake tiers are layers of strawberry champagne, Italian crème and chocolate mousse cakes iced in buttercream and decorated with fondant drapes and beautiful red roses. Thank youn Jennifer Barrientos, for being a wonderful client to work with, I hope your princess has an amazing day!
