Caffe Dolce has closed for regular services due to pandemic & staffing related issues.
It has been our mission to serve Missoula from our hearts, as we would guests in our home— with a belief that great food, coffee, and beer & wine, genuine service, and inspired architecture, can add to quality of life. We’ve pursued ingredients which support human health and sustainability of the planet. We hope that we may have, in some small way added richness to the lives of our community.
Today will be our our final day of regular services. Come by for a coffee or pizza & brew and say goodbye.

Check out these beauties. Our classic French baguettes are made with all Montana flour from our friends and MT Flour and Grains. The crispy crust and soft, sweet, sour interior is what sets it apart from others. Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven torn apart by hand or as a simple ham and cheese sandwich. Locally grown grains, locally baked bread. Taste the difference for yourself.
This could be your morning…fresh sourdough bagels, house cream cheeses (fresh herb, sun-dried tomato, or berry jam), and coffee….always coffee ☕️ Here till 2 today, closed Monday and Tuesday.
Need a dinner idea that doesn’t require the oven? Slice our focaccia, toss it on the grill, top with ricotta cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with those local greens you picked up at market this morning. Don’t forget the flakey salt! Open today and tomorrow 8am-2pm.
Our rustic sourdough is the base for a few of our breads. It’s a versatile bread and enjoying it in its pure form is amazing!
Make a delicious grilled cheese or drizzle some olive oil over a slice and toss it on the grill. You won’t regret it!
Our ham and cheese croissant is a labor of love! It’s a THREE day process starting with mixing and laminating the dough, rolling and filling the croissant, proofing, and then baking.
The croissant dough is rolled in everything spice, filled with house smoked havarti cheese, ham and pickled mustard seeds!
