The annual *campus thrift move-out collection and sale kicks off next week*!

Students living on campus can donate their unwanted items and food to a good cause at multiple collection sites outside Jesse, Duniway, Miller, Lewis & Clark Community Center, and more.

Collection sites are available *May 9th-11th*. The sale will happen on May 15th in Schreiber Gym.

ISA is planning a day trip to the Jerry Johnson Hot Springs on Saturday March 16!!

Kick off your spring break with a fun trip with us: the Jerry Johnson hot springs are definitely a must-do, with a beautiful short hike in the forest, beautiful views, and natural pools!

We'll provide transportation and lunch / snacks, just bring some good shoes to hike there, and don't forget water, a swimsuit, and a towel!

Recipe of the Week is ready 🎉
This Thai dish is full of nutrients and perfect for a quick meal, as it only takes 10 minutes to prepare!

* In a mortar and pestle, grind 2-6 Thai Bird's Eye Chilis and 3 cloves of garlic until they are in rough pieces, but haven’t quite formed a paste. Set aside.
* Combine 1 tbsp Sweet Thai Soy Sauce, 2 tsp Light Thai Soy Sauce, and 1 tsp Oyster Sauce. Set sauce aside.
* Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok over high heat.
* Add chilis and garlic and saute until fragrant, ~1 minute.
* Add 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, finely chopped, stirring until chicken is nearly cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes.
* Pour sauce into wok and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce reduces and has coated the chicken.
* Stir in 20 leaves of Thai Holy Basil until it is wilted, about 1 minute more.
* Serve over rice with a fried egg on top and extra fish sauce on the side.

The English Language Institute is looking for virtual conversation partners for a Japanese exchange program this summer. The program is with Tamana High School in our sister state of Kumamoto, Japan.

We are looking for volunteers who would be available for one or more sessions, all from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. (Montana Time) on Zoom:

The English language institute will provide discussion questions to help get the conversation started.
