Compression is super important! It is the number one recommendation we have for good leg health and usually required by insurance as a conservative measure prior to recommending treatment.

Finding the right compression is imperative for sustaining good leg health. We offer 15-20mmHg and 20-30mmHg in many colors, fabrics, and strengths to fit your lifestyle. We measure your calf and ankle for the best outcome.

When to wear compression:
✨start by putting them on first thing in the morning and wear throughout the day (at night we offload our veins so they are unnecessary when sleeping)

✨ traveling by car over an hour and especially when traveling by plane
