Congratulations to our first group of leaders that completed our newly implemented “Leadership Academy.” The program consists of four sessions that includes training on our Company Core Values, General Leadership Principles, Safety Leadership, Human Resources, Technology and other relevant topics. Over the next several months, our entire Leadership Team will be going through the Academy in different groups. We’re very proud of this first group and are super excited to see how their leadership journey continues to influence our organization. Great job guys!

National Work Zone Awareness Week is April 15-19! Mobile County maintains over 1,000 miles of roadway. You can be a part of the work zone safety solution. Please drive slowly in work zones. The life you save could be your own.

We had a great day Wednesday talking to high school seniors at the Mobile County High School Career Fair about the employment opportunities we provide at H.O. Weaver & Sons, Inc. We enjoyed meeting and talking with all that attended and look forward to employing some of these students in the future. Thank you to the Mobile Chamber for putting this event on.

He has led our company’s safety efforts resulting in improved performance. In partnership with AGC and the support of H.O.
