This is insane to me. We already have mandatory minimums for violent crimes involving guns and the class D felony was created for MANY good reasons. Our state is still in the middle of a federal suit for the overcrowding and prison conditions, which our legislature refuses to fix, our prison death rate is at an all time high, and parole rates at an all time low. Come on, let’s have a little common sense.

There appears to be some confusion as to my employment status, as multiple people have been asked about it. NOT ME, few people have asked ME, but a lot of other people have been asked (although I am not sure why I am of such interest). I mind my business and handle my cases, but since there IS so much interest:

I have moved and am now LOCATED at 1850 Airport Blvd, which is also the same location as that of Christine Hernandez and her firm. I am also pleased to be associated on some of Chris’s cases and to be able to work with her and her team, but we are two separate entities and have our own firms.

Big Win For Our Team This Week!!

Our Of Council with the firm, ChaLea Tisdale scored big time! A case dismissal of 2 counts of attempted murder and shooting into unoccupied vehicle. The client was facing a sentence of 20 to life. Got thrown out in the first round. The takeaway from this is the description of “tall skinny male” and the words” I thought or think” is not enough to establish probable cause.

2. I am still working your cases and have had several criminal cases DISMISSED in the past few weeks!! I also got a NOT GUILTY in an assault case!! I am incredibly happy for my clients!!
