There, he had the opportunity to meet a few of the Heat’s best players better known as “The Big Three.” That includes Chris Bosh, Dwyane Wade and THE LeBron James. Dr. Rosen poses with “The Big Three” in this photo, but many people have always believed this picture was photoshopped. It wasn’t.
Dr. Rosen was recently nominated for the Christine Pierre Clinical Trials Lifetime Achievement Award. Clinical Research Quote from a 16-year-old girl whose mother participated in AMR's Achieve Life Sciences' Smoking Cessation clinical study over two years ago. "Thank you, AMR and Achieve Life Sciences. You have given my mom a second chance at a healthier life. One that will allow her to see me graduate from high school... and hopefully college. One that will give her the joy of some day helping plan my wedding. Of meeting my kids - her grandkids. Of being here decades longer than smoking would have allowed."
On May 23, 2023, Achieve Life Sciences released their most recent study results: Achieve Life Sciences reports statistically significant smoking cessation benefit for Cytisinicline in second, confirmatory Phase 3 clinical trial.
From the team at AMR to you..... happy Clinical Trials Day! Thank you for letting us be a part of your life through clinical research - and for helping save the lives of others through your participation!
Meet Daniel...
Clinical Research Assistant, AMR Fort Myers
Daniel found his way to clinical research after his mother-in-law passed away at age 50 just two days after getting COVID-19. His story reminds us that so many of our team members are here, working tirelessly, striving to make the world a healthier place because of an experience - a life-changing event - a loss - an illness - that lead them to research. To make a difference through clinical research. Because together we can.
Clinical Research Matters
On Saturday, May 20, we celebrate Clinical Trials Day! But every day, we celebrate clinical research. We commit to clinical research. Because we know that together, we can. Change lives. Improve our communities. Create a healthy community.
The full potential of clinical research to change lives can only be unlocked when we all work together, embrace each other’s perspectives, and are invested in shared goals. This is when true and meaningful progress is made. This is when new breakthroughs occur. This is when we literally change the world. On this Clinical Trials Day, let’s gather in this spirit of togetherness to celebrate all we’ve accomplished and recommit ourselves to push even further. Because together we can.
Help us celebrate! Please like, share and comment on our photos. And enjoy upcoming videos from AMR team members who have a special place in clinical research.

"As we approach Mother’s Day and reflect on the amazing women that raised us, I find myself gaining a new appreciation of my mother. I think one of the most valuable things my mother taught and allowed me was freedom of thought, expression, and belief. I am so grateful to her for affording me the opportunity to experience so many unique ways of thinking. Mom, thank you for being so special and unique, but most of all for being my mother." - written by Wendy, AMR Source Writer
To the mothers out there, thank you for the opportunities you provided, the love you shared and the friendship you gave. Happy Mother's Day!
