How many of you are food prepping? Well I found the best deal on chicken a while back and froze them in bags. I take out two bags & cook them in my roasting pan, next chop the meat in my food processor. I can make cold chicken salads or what ever I want to use it for. I put them in freezer bags take one out and thaw and bamb it take time off cooking. I cheat with the microwave brown rice and microwave veggies and premixed salads and top chicken with either and it doesn’t take away from gym time or what ever I need for me time.
