Pearson Martin Clement Sprinkle House

Two weeks later, I have a nice list of houses to drive by and see if they might be the one. I invited my mom, I go to pick her up and she looks over the list as she's sitting at her computer. Then she ask me to sit and look at this ad for a house in Mocksville, I looked. It was the house! I immediately told her, no! Its out of the budget. She says but it's up for auction... Let's look into it. I reluctantly agree trying not to get my hopes up. As we drive around looking at all the houses on my list, I found one that was within budget but not in a relatively nice neighborhood. Mom begs, can we please just drive by and look at this house? I agree, all the while still trying to proclaim how much I love the house we were just at.

We pull in, of course the landscaping is much more overgrown then in the pictures. It had been on the market for some time and probably not very well maintained prior. Lol We could barely find the driveway. We both kind of walked around quietly looking at the potential then ran back to the car as we realized we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes. Once we were in the car we both had that look, we were in love! We must come back and have a look with Dad (the old house expert). Then we affectionately called her the mosquito house.

I was of course shopping for a house to live in (a little house) to do a few repairs along the way then one day sale or rent, and I saw this ad. The house was out of my budget and by the second picture I had to flip to the next ad. I was in love but I could not look at it any further because I didn't want to kill the pasion of my search. I put it out of my mind and kept looking.
