We gave these old an updated makeover with Dixie Belle Paint Company This matte black product is one of our favorites. We finished it with and sanded up to 5000 grit. There was previous paint damage so we used our soda blaster for removal of material. Customer happy, we're happy. They look awesome!

One of the local venue owners 108 Sports Lounge needed his Schmidt fixed up... Specifically the stage. So he designed it and we built it. We do all sorts of fun jobs here at Fix Your Schmidt Up Refinishing & Remodeling

This was an old armoire that we salvaged. Roxanna worked her magic once again and turned it into a show stopper! Completely redone inside and out. All finished with Dixie Belle Paint Company Caviar Black. Sanded with SurfPrep Sanding products which are truly the best. It sold in 2 days. Thank you for stopping to check it out!

We find this old French Provincial Tall boy dresser. We did a complete refinish job with Dixie Belle Paint Company Caviar Black. Almost wanted to keep it!

As we wrap up the year we would like to share our final project for 2022. Meet Mike and Racine. They kitchen was in disarray. They had a vision of what they wanted but no way to make it happen. With alot of planning and coordination we were able to deliver some fantastic additions to this huge kitchen.

With that beautiful chalky blue by "Newport Berry Blue" all cabinets were refinished and prepped for stunning new oversized hardware. We retrofitted and installed a Gold Farmhouse sink to match! Custom quartzsite countertops and backsplash to the ceiling. We removed cabinets over the stove and ran HVAC for their amazing over the range stainless steel hood! We retrofitted the pantry cabinet and installed their microwave and trimmed it out with solid clear maple stained with "Dark Walnut"

Next we retrofitted a lower cabinet and custom fit a beautiful wine chiller. Take a look at where upper cabinets used to be! They were removed and replaced with custom clear maple hardwood floating shelves. In one area it creates perfect condition for their wine bar area. The side area it creates an awesome ambiance for their coffee and tea service area. Check out that backsplash in the coffee.bar area That is beautiful, hand painted porcelain tile.

Finally, we end with the kitchen island. We finished it in "Simply White" encased it with and trimmed all the edges. We refinished the top with Dark Walnut stain and a Hard Polyurethane coat polished to a fine 400 grit. All new fixtures over the island and new electrical ran throughout. We also removed the shutter in front of the kitchen sink to have a beautiful huge picture frame window to open up the room. A custom slab door was installed to add to the sleek finish.

This project was a lot of hard work, blood, sweat and tears and a lot of coordination from different trades. Tons of patience from the owners, Mike and Racine. But in the end we did it and it came out breathtaking.

Derek and Alyssa had a beautiful home, but that old outdated kitchen was an eye sore. Enter Fix Your Schmidt Up Refinishing & Remodeling !! Look at the transformation! Brand new double stained custom fit countertops. Finished with "Espresso" and "Dark Walnut". Beautiful shine and protection with satin buffed to 400 grit! Completely refinished cabinets with we added a fireclay and awesome large textured . Elegant large format hardware, new hood, new range, on the island with large molding and finished corners. An elegant maple window ledge to match the countertop. And you can't miss the island extension to 8 feet and steel support brackets for no knee knocking!
