Our Kid class has also been working really hard and we are proud of the progress they have made! Kid class runs from 5pm-6pm Monday Tuesday and Thursday!

Our Adult class has been working hard and getting better everyday! The Adult Class runs from 6pm-730pm Mon-Fri stop on by or send this post to someone who is interested in boxing or looking to get a work out we do have personal trainers and we always have room for more people to sign up 💪
