DRUG TAKEBACK INSTRUCTIONS

You can bring liquids, creams, and inhalers which can be placed in the take back box in their original containers.

Pills need to be emptied from their bottle and only the pills go in the box. Pills can also be emptied into a clear plastic sandwich bag and placed into the box.

Blister Packs can be placed into the box, but please remove the cardboard packaging to be recycled.

NO SYRINGES –Syringes & Epi-pens must be placed into a sharps container or an empty and clean thick plastic laundry soap bottle.

Due to the worsening weather conditions we will be closing early today, Thursday 12/22 at 4pm. Please stay warm and safe. We will update any change in hours for tomorrow in the morning

The Medicine Shoppe is need of a part-time delivery driver on Tuesday and Friday afternoons for a bit. You would have a company car to drive and would deliver around the east and north sides of Madison. Hours would be approximately 1-5.

The Medicine Shoppe is a locally-owned pharmacy that partners with our local police departments to keep prescription meds out of our municipal water supply.
