They're seeking a new General Manager to run the show downtown at Brunch Club. The current, beloved GM who has worked there for many years, is moving on to something new. About the Position:
The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant operation, including the FOH, BOH, training, finance, payroll, and employee development. The GM must meet or exceed budget goals including revenue, profit, and cost control. The GM is responsible for the oversight of all marketing, promotion, training, hospitality, and the overall health of the business.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- A hospitality-first mindset
- 2 or more years of salaried restaurant management experience
- Experience in leading and training teams of 25 or more employees
- Profit & loss expertise with proven history of revenue growth, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management
- Obtain a ServSafe certificate and Responsible Sellers within 90 days of employment

🍔🍷 During the month of Burgers & Brunello at Cento, they'll feature the 100 Burger throughout, plus a rotating burger each week launching every Wednesday: a Lamb & Gouda, Bison & Mozzarella, Lion's Mane & Fontina, and a Lamb, Beef, & Muenster.
The 100 Burger includes Ney's prime beef, Hook's 5-year cheddar, smoked onion jam, heirloom tomato, arugula, and dijon aioli, on a ciabatta bun.

Derek Ramnarace leads the Old Soul Society and performs Americana, folk, rock, soul, and blues. Derek strikes out on his own and the singer/songwriter's emotionally raw, honest and heartfelt lyrics are wowing audiences everywhere. He tours in both the Midwest and Nationally.

Celebrate summer with Burgers & Brunello at Cento! This July, they’ll be pairing their favorite Italian wine with delicious, juicy burgers. Yes, burgers, too—meaty, iron-rich, with cheeses and vegetables—pair wonderfully with bold Brunello.
