The FIRST ever annual A TOAST TO THE ARTS event on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Sparrow Grove Manor will feature wine tasting, hors d'oeuvres, music and dancing, and an exclusive silent auction to please all tastes and budgets. Join us to fundraise for the arts and enjoy one of the most memorable evenings in Monroe.

As Walton County’s only non-profit community arts center, in 2024 we will host nine shows in the Gallery, offer 60+ classes and events each month, and support 70+ artists through our gift shop. Your tax-deductible sponsorship donation helps us to reach our community with the beauty and healing nature of art.

Through our support of City initiatives, MWCA helps to attract visitors to our downtown who support local businesses and improve the economic outlook for the community.

• In addition to our Gallery, Shop and regular weekly art classes for all ages, we host once-a-month Drop-in Art Workshops plus other fun workshops and events.
• Our HEALING ARTS programs include ArtMD Healing Art Kits – 1000’s given away for free to children, teens and adults in times of sickness or trauma; Special Needs art classes; Art as Therapy individual and groups; and our Artistic Shelter group for grief and loss.
• Our Book Nook features local authors. We also host Book Clubs and creative writing classes, too.
• Our community loves the newly renovated MWCA Starry Night Courtyard—beautiful and restful.
• We are more than a place to view art. Our students and guests find community, fulfillment and inspiration
