Man Cave - Barber Shop

If you want to get in for a haircut before Christmas, we highly suggest you call as soon as possible to schedule it as we are getting super busy and having to turn some people away. We appreciate you all very much and are especially grateful for our Christmas tips! We love you guys!

Up and running again!

Just FYI to all clients coming in for the rest of the afternoon, the Square app is down nationwide so we won’t be able to accept card. We can take cash and some people can take Venmo, but be prepared to pay with cash if possible please and thank you. I will update when it’s good to go again. 

We have a collection bin in the waiting room if you feel so inclined to help out. Thank you! 

We have added another barber to the shop, so we are now fully staffed! Much better chance of taking walk-ins now, so welcome Christi to Man Cave!  We hit double digits and there are 10 of us now!

Sometimes we get to have a lot of fun and cut off an entire ponytail! ✂️💈

We are upgrading our Comcast equipment tomorrow June 7 between 4 and 6 PM so there may be an interruption in phone service between those times. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long, and it will better serve us in the future! 

Monday 29th May

We are looking for a model who either gets a number one clipper on the back and sides or goes down to skin to get a free haircut from a barber we are potentially hiring. This would need to be before noon on whichever day.  Anyone interested? Thanks.

Man Cave Barber Shop LLC is hiring a full time barber. We are located in the heart of Monroe on HWY 2. You do not need to have a clientele as we have plenty of clients who don't request anyone specific and we also have high walk-in traffic. We are a FUN shop to work in so you should come in and see for yourself and meet us! Our hours are 9:30-6:30 M-F, 9-5 Sat and closed Sun. Well Man Cavers the weather is heating up, and we have our AC good to go courtesy of Genesis so you will stay nice and cool when you need a haircut this weekend!  Come in and get your good looking on and  complain about how cold it is. 🥶

Monday the 13th we will be opening at noon so that everybody can sleep off their Super Bowl festivities!  You should probably call in sick that morning also and tell your boss Man Cave said it was OK.

We closed early this afternoon so that staff can enjoy time with friends and family. Thank you to everyone who has been so generous and kind with gifts and tips this year. We truly appreciate you all very much.  Back to regular hours on Monday. Merry Christmas from all of us here at Man Cave!

The parking lot has been resurfaced this morning. Apparently they were only supposed to do half of it at a time but they messed up and did the whole thing. That means that nobody can park or walk on it at the moment. If you have an appointment this morning you may park at the backside of Phinikeys near the diesel shop or the fairgrounds motel parking lot behind us. The owners of the parking lot are currently getting cardboard to be able to walk over to get into the buildings as we speak. We had no heads up about this so we apologize for the inconvenience. Regular parking should be back to normal this afternoon. 

We will be closed for the rest of the day today so we can have a staff party and fun in the sun! Normal hours again tomorrow although we may be a little sunburned!

Starting September 1st, all haircuts that start with a skin fade will be an extra $5. Apparently we have been under charging for the service compared to other local businesses. Thank you!
