Our girls lay the most beautiful shades of brown! We have a new layer laying DARK gorgeous brown eggs. In a few months, our blue and olive eggs will be back too!
Chicken people know this but - many others don’t. Chickens eat “grit” which is tiny pebbles (among other things) that helps them with digestion. It’s stored in their gizzard and helps “crush” their food! Chickens are so cool!
The littles got to carve one too!
Our girls carved their own pumpkins this year!
