Hey, man.
Here to make ideas/stuff happ'n cap'n. From my knoggin to yur mouth and all points in between.
As a food maker, I am absolutely thrilled that my feed now contains several and new to me local farms. Keep 'em comin'!
Excellent exchange today with Bootlegger Botanicals with these beautiful orange and white 'maters. I have some really special and potentially far out ideas, things I've never seen.
One of 'em sauced that orange on toast sammich. "Summer time, and the living is easy."
Stay. Tuned....
Just a couple prototypes. What sizes ya wearin'???
Purple double snapback trucker hats $20/cash, $25 electronic transaction...
While processing On The Bayou, I saw the news of The Monroe Moccasins return. Seeing the slogan "Hockey is back on the bayou", I got inspired to reach out to the mayor of Monroe and the team.
I wholeheartedly believe it would be such a golden opportunity for the organization, as well as Hey, Man, to be able to craft a sauce for the team.
If anyone out there can help make it happ'n cap'n, that'd be really rad. LET'S F'N GEAUX!!!
Couldn't take a screen cap, but I got this last night.
"Sounds good i want you to know your sauces are very good and i am glad you are making them and sharing them! You should be proud! See you Thursday!"
Ima be traveling light this go round. Only bring two sauces and a few stragglers from the last crawl. I will have a new and final verde that I have Named "On The Bayou" in honor of legendary group The Meters!!! It is VERY similar to its predecessors Swamp Sauce and Swamp Water.
@ La Bella June 6th 5-9. You will not be disappointed!!!
Another smashing success last night. Almost enough to pay rent. Have a fare amount of Flambeaux, A Ghost To Most, Roger That, Chili Willie, NotSoHotSo, and Golden Slumbers left. Get at me for your bottle(s). Have sauce will travel.

All products $10 cash or $11.25 for Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal...
I had a nice long post detailing the new sauce lineup for the art crawl tomorrow, but it just disappeared. So, here is the new lineup.
ALL products listed will be $10 for cash sales and $11.25 for electronic transactions like PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. This is to cover sales tax which I eat on all cash transactions.
Furthermore and in the interest of full disclosure, I did not use a locally sourced honey. It was not financially feasible given the size of production that I desired.
Also, going forward I will be adding a ***NUT ALLERGY*** either on the product label or on an information label which will contain the Louisiana cottage food law disclosure.
Thanks for your time and support. Hope to see some folks tomorrow.
The last pic is a future release not yet in production, but I am super excited about that one. It'll steal yur face right off yur head...

I make some tasty sauces, not to make money but to make flavor, to create. I need a means to create, and this is my way, my means to an end.
As long as I get ideas, I will have things to make.
Introducing F2, aka Flambeaux. This is a Louisiana style sauce made with cayennes, Oak Grove sweet potatoes, carrots from Current Farms, garlic, vegetable stock, lemons, honey, molasses, and vinegar but not like Tobasco. Can't wait to put this on a Parkway po-boy. Per usual, goes well on breakfast, pizza, fried shrimp, fried catfish, shrimp cocktail...
Little Rock friends, we will be on KARK 4’s Arkansas Style today at 2pm!
We got to talk about our new sauce from Hey, man. and Livid, Mammoth Carvan, Hypertension, Chainsnatcher (first LR show) at Vinos
Check it out!
Ended up with about 12qts of liquid flame...
Back in Dec, I purchased this 5 gallons/40lbs of cayenne mash from Magic Plant Farms/Fiery Farms out of Johnson City, TN via Websturaunt... I did the math and thought hard about using an outsourced product, and I am confident I made a wise decision that ultimately saved time and money because I don't know how much and how long doing my own mash would've required, but I know this bucket is paid for and will now start makin'some sauce.
Broke out the big stock pot. Gonna make some. Predicted category F2...
Y'all, I had ma best day. It was a record breaker. There's no way I'm not doing the next one in April.
