Ladies and germs, what started as one idea and morphed into another because I wasn't happy with the color and heat level for the name and labels I had in mind.

***All bottles are sterilized in my instapot for 10 minutes on high. All sauces are pasteurized at 180-200° for 20 minutes, hot filled, capped (sprayed with sanitizer before hand), and inverted for cooling and then heat shrink sealed. pH is between 3 and 3.5.
