⭐️Serenity Creek Equestrian Center is looking for part time farm help⭐️

Job will include barn chores (feeding, cleaning stalls, blanketing, turn in/out, etc.) with potential for growth/other opportunities. Ideal situation would be a boarder looking to work off board or a working student. Farm is conveniently located between Athens, Monroe, Watkinsville, and Winder, GA.

Priority given to applicants able to work weekends/mornings in the fall&winter

We have decided to offer our first ever Winter Camp Days! This is going to be something a bit different than summer camp! Campers will learn about horse care(in the colder months), help with daily chores, and get a strong focus on horse handling safety/education. We will, of course, get to hop on some horses for some riding (weather permitting). Expect a Christmas jammies horseback yoga day, hot cocoa on horseback, and many other unique to the season games/tasks!

Because of the nature of these camp days, we invite campers of all ages...including adults! We will customize your day based on your interests/what other campers are there that day. If you are curious about horses, trying to strengthen your knowledge for your own horse obsessed kiddo, or just want to get out of the house...this is a great opportunity! We also think teens would love to come hang out/learn a bit about hard work and the many benefits of horsey therapy! Maybe get the whole family involved for a fun holiday excursion!

🌟Serenity Creek has a couple of rare openings for board and we are also looking for a working boarder!🌟
🐴We are looking for someone to help with shift work 1-3 days a week including some weekend days!
🐴Shift work is fairly basic barn work, max 13 stalls, turning horses out, feeding and waters!
🐴We can offer full or paddock board to a working boarder!
🐴 Our beautiful 128 acre property has plenty to offer:
-20 12'x12' interlocking rubber matted stalls with fly spray system
-26 paddocks that allow for a variety of turnout options
-Pastures w/horse-safe fencing (mowed/dragged/fertilized)
-110x210 lighted arena
-2 round pens (1 lighted)
-On property trails
-Advanced obstacle course
-Conditioning field with jumps
-2 ponds and a creek
-Owners and Barn Manager live on the property (horses are monitored 24/7)
-Organized trail rides and fun barn family events
- Hot&cold wash racks and MUCH MORE!
🐴We welcome all disciplines and allow any insured trainers to come work with you and your horse! SCEC has a very laid back, family-friendly atmosphere. Come relax on the trails, take your competitive riding to the next level, or just watch the horses graze and talk with friends! *Your horsey home away from home*.
