At Regionals this past weekend the boys finished 4th and the girls 10th. Two boys are in the top 10!! Gavin Jansen 5th and Heyden Christensen 7th.
The boys will move on to the State Championships and Hannah Metz will also go on to States as an individual. Congratulations!!

Did you know that CATA is ranked #2 in Union County and
#26 in North Carolina for High Schools!!!!
The CATA PTSO Invest in Excellence fund provides support and funds improvements for our school. Our goal is $15,000 and currently $4,000 has been donated. All the money donated goes back into the school to fund projects that impact all of the students in some way. Any amount you donate will get us that much closer to our goal. Seniors, are you ready to battle it out? Game Show Battle Rooms will host our senior event on Monday, October 28th, from 4:00 to 5:30 in the cafeteria. We will have a snack bar and prizes will be awarded to our lucky winners. CATA is excited to be the first school in Charlotte to have this event....you won't want to miss it! Admission is free to all senior passholders but seniors without passes can join in the fun for only $10.

Union County Public Schools (UCPS) is committed to ensuring that all students receive a quality education in safe and efficient learning environments. On Nov. 5, Union County residents will vote on $39,421,448 in school bonds. This bond package will address aging facilities at Parkwood High and East Union Middle.
