At PIH Health Downey Hospital, Hallsta is managing the Emergency Room Department expansion. The project is currently in the last phase and we are looking forward to this last phase to complete full renovation at the Emergency Department at PIH Health Downey Hospital.

Hallsta is excited to welcome Kaitlyn Granadosin to the team. As Project Coordinator, she is the key administrative support for the Clinical and Project Management team members. Kaitlyn has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management. She lives at home with her mom, stepdad, and two younger siblings (brother and sister), and her dog, Nala (pictured). Her favorite part of work is learning something new each day. Her hobbies include hiking, rock climbing, baking, reading, trying new restaurants/dessert spots, and playing tennis. Her favorite food is Filipino food and she really enjoys lechon and chicken adobo.

The Cooling Tower and Brine Tank Project involves the installation and commissioning of a new cooling tower and brine tank system. This project is designed to enhance the facility's cooling capacity and improve operational efficiency. The new system will provide better temperature control and ensure reliable performance of critical processes. Key tasks include site preparation, equipment installation, system integration, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The ED Phase 8 project involves the continued development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This phase will focus on refining processes, integrating new technologies, and aligning resources to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Key objectives include optimizing operational workflows, improving data management systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
