Pivot location relocated for optimal use with either SUA or SOA long travel leaf springs.

The front is not 100% complete still needs limit straps and a couple odds and ends.
Truck has been converted from the limiting 4wd to a proper 2WD prerunner. Freshly 2WD converted goes back in tomorrow!

A freshly burned set of 4130 TIG welded spindle uprights for one of our 07-18 GM race kits.
Standard with 12 bolt snout block.
This set is tabbed for Aero 6 calipers and 14” rotors.
These ones were burned by .welding
Cab cage to cab sheet metal tie ins on Silverado pre runner build ready for welding, this one will be on its weight very soon.

Axle truss kits!
Not only do these add strength to the factory housing, but they add an aggressive look similar to that of a fabricated housing. Although took it a step further..
we changed the track bar geometry a bit to reduce lateral movement and will include a longer billet track bar and an optional upgraded chassis side track bar mount with additional geometry changes!
Our Low profile fan and shroud upgrade for 99-13 gmt800 and 900 trucks.

There is by far hands-down no 3rd brake light that fits better, looks better, or is built to a higher quality than our billet 3rd brake light housings for the 07-13 Silverados and Sierras.
Every mating surface, hardware hole and bezel surface has an O-ring glued into a groove, to ensure a watertight seal!
They are designed off the factory GM cab file to ensure a 100% perfect organic fit!
Out housings utilize 3 s2 lights. We have found a way to reduce the brightness of the red brake light so you can run a true Baja Designs red S2, and not a cheap Amazon LED that will guaranteed burn out. If you have a cheap knock off of this, swap that thing out for a proper unit that will not leak and caused damage to your headliners and sheet metal underneath!
It just goes to show the difference between a product built to exceed quality and a product made to just profit a buck.

There is just something about a steel cab, door slamming, center mount prerunner that just hits harder than any over vehicle for me. Thousands of man hours go into creating these machines. Trucks like this are what guys like me have always dreamed of and why we do it. Every truck we build is a different journey, this one was worth the wait.
Some more testing then tear down for Powdercoat of chassis and components, body work / paint, and luxury interior to finish it off!

Complete re-do on the rear of Gen 1 Raptor.
Tim had asked us to go through the truck and if we found any issues let him know. Unfortunately there was quite a few. Ultimately leading to the decision to redo the both the Bump-stop and bed cage setup.
We set out to develop a proper weld on Bumpstop set up maximizing up travel. We then set out to develop an install friendly bed cage, with proper shock geometry, and which adds structural integrity to the rear chassis of the truck. The bedcage utilizes a mixture of both platework with our signature knife edge element as well as 1.75” x .120 wall seamless DOM tube for a unique styling and uncompromised structure with a semi gloss, black powder coat finish.
We were able to gain about 4” inches of usable suspension travel from his existing set up, strapping the truck around 17”, as well as correct shock, geometry which should make for a drastic improvement Offroad, and on road!
pretty weird but this is the 3rd Raptor that’s been at my shop with the exact same type of situation going on with the rear suspension. All have been from well-known shops specializing in Raptors. Pretty interesting. Maybe just a coincidence. 🤷🏻♂️
Front and rear treatment on this GMT800 Silverado.
Rear received a nice sleeper bypass mount we designed for it, paired with C-85 SUA setup and our under bed fuel cell kit as an auxiliary tank paired with OEM tank.
Buttoning this one up this week!

Installed a set of our GEN 3 Raptor OEM lower replacement arms on this Stubby ex cab Gen 3 paired with some and some color matched billet upper arms👌🏻

We set super low mile Unicorn up with our bolt on 4wd Lt kit, of course paired with 2.5 coilovers and 2.0 bumps.
I think the proportions on these trucks are absolutely perfect!

Front and rear bumper setup for duramax prerunner!
We did the install of the kit last year and after a fender bender, he brought it back for new front and rear numbers to give the truck a new look!
Finished things off with some lighting powered by a .pros.official 9100.
These rear bumpers are also now available for order!
They include an integrated hitch receivers well!
And they can be shipped!
We released our race legal cab cage kits almost 7 years ago. To this day, these things are still in a league of their own! Although they are laser cut and CNC bent, these installs are not quick and easy. They require a great deal of preparation of the cab before install even begins. Our cages require complete gutting of the cab structure to allow the cage work to lay tight and tucked along the underside of the cab skin. These are absolutely the tightest most tucked cage kit you can find for any pre-runner and it’s exact cage we use on all our builds! They also follow SCORE guidelines for maximum safety and race legality. That 2-3+ inch gap between the tube, and your cab VS. our touching tube could be the difference between walking away, and a traumatic head injury in the event of a rollover. And sadly to say roll cages might be one of the most overlooked components in a pre-Runner.. not all cages are built the same. I have definitely built my fair share of hand, built cages throughout my days. There’s definitely something to be appreciated about a handcrafted roll Cage. However, this allows a less talented person to be able to reach a similar end product to that of which we manufacture in shop. This Also allows All Trucks to be relatively identical, keeping manufacturing cost down while keeping the product top tier.
This Tahoe is set up with a bunch of our Bolton products!
We just installed our four-wheel-drive on mid travel kit, which pairs perfectly with our Bolton skid plate setups!
