Happy Fall Equinox~!
This past Saturday we gathered in a circle at Garland Park and paused to honor the change of seasons. We shared land acknowledgements, elemental wisdom, silent walking meditation and sacred sisterhood. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebration of Mother Earth and her infinite love. As we shift from the bright fire energy of Summer to reflective energy of Autumn may we hold space for the abundance of joy in our lives while also letting go of what wants to be released. To grieve and love at the same time while we integrate the deep gems of wisdom that come with this work. Helping us to be open and willing to step into the love and interdependence that is our birth right. Deep gratitude for the power of peaceful slow intentional practice and its affect on our lives.
