Fall is here and as the weather changes, it's important to adjust your skincare routine to keep your skin healthy and protected. Here are some tips to help prepare your skin for the fall weather:

1. Hydration is key: As the air gets drier, it's essential to keep your skin hydrated. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated from within.

2. Switch to a heavier moisturizer: During the fall, opt for a richer moisturizer to provide extra hydration and create a protective barrier on your skin. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid, shea butter, or ceramides to lock in moisture.

3. Exfoliate gently: Exfoliating helps remove dead skin cells and allows better absorption of skincare products. Choose a gentle exfoliator to avoid over-exfoliation and irritation. This will promote a fresh and radiant complexion.

4. Don't forget the sunscreen: Even though summer is over, UV rays can still damage your skin during fall. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, especially if you'll be spending time outdoors.
