Brewed a fresh batch of Firkin Jäger Lager today

Firkin4Brewery’s Test kitchen is trying out some kids favorites today. This is a Austrian/German version of a flapjack aka pancake, known as Kaiserschmarren. It’s lightly sweet soft textured pancake pieces served with a homemade cinnamon chai apple sauce and powdered sugar.

We are working on some neat new beers over the next few weeks, including 3 different variants of our Hefeweizen, Der Firkin Hefeweizen, Das Firkin Hefeweizen and our Staple Firkin "A" Hefeweizen
